We are grateful to have successfully conducted an interactive Mental Health Online Session on โManaging Stress & Burnout During Placementsโ for final-year students of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences across Mumbai, Tuljapur, Hyderabad, and Guwahati campuses.
As placement season brings both opportunities and pressures, this session aimed to create a safe and supportive space for reflection, emotional awareness, and resilience-building.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Aaradhana Saxena, Social Worker and Community Therapist based in Nashville (USA), for facilitating such a thoughtful and engaging session. Her insights on stress management, emotional wellbeing, and practical coping strategies truly resonated with students navigating this crucial transition phase.
The session focused on:
– Understanding stress and burnout during placements
– Practical coping strategies for balance and clarity
– Building mental resilience during uncertainty
– Encouraging open conversations around wellbeing
At Development Wala, we believe professional growth must go hand in hand with mental wellbeing. Supporting students emotionally during placements is just as important as preparing them professionally.
Thank you to all the students who participated actively and made the discussion meaningful.
