Job Title: Program Manager
Job Summary: The Program Manager will oversee a program supporting 10,000 farm women in Kalimela, Padia, Malkangiri, and Mathili blocks of Malkangiri District, Odisha. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve two main objectives:
- Doubling the income of 10,000 farmers through sustainable, integrated livelihoods.
- Strengthening PG and FPO institutions to enhance farm women’s livelihoods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program activities within set timelines and budgets.
- Monitor progress, address challenges, and implement evaluation frameworks.
- Design comprehensive plans with the project team and stakeholders.
- Establish relationships with local officials, community leaders, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and consultations to gather input and provide updates.
- Engage with local farmers to identify beneficiaries and involve them in program execution.
- Organize awareness campaigns and workshops.
- Collect and analyze data to inform program adjustments.
- Prepare progress reports and updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Share best practices and coordinate resource distribution.
- Advocate for gender equality and women’s empowerment.
- Represent the program at district-level meetings and conferences.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in social sciences, social work, business administration, women’s studies, or related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Odia and English; knowledge of tribal dialects preferred.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in community engagement, data analysis, and team collaboration.
- Understanding of local customs and culture.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting women’s growth.
Salary:
- 60,000 INR (CTC) per month.

Job Title: Livelihood Expert
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Livelihood Expert to design and implement sustainable livelihood programs for farmers, enhancing their economic empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement income-generating livelihood programs.
- Promote scientific farming practices and sustainable agriculture.
- Establish custom hiring centers, seed banks, and bio-input centers.
- Conduct market analysis, value chain studies, and identify priority value chains.
- Provide training on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business skills.
- Engage with community members, farmers, and local groups.
- Represent the program at district-level meetings.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Rural Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, Women’s Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication in Odia & English; knowledge of tribal dialects preferred.
- Experience with FPOs and government projects is desirable.
- Strong community engagement and mobilization skills.
- Teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of local customs and culture.
- Problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Multitasking with professionalism and integrity.

Job Title: MIS Coordinator
Job Summary: Manage and maintain information systems to ensure efficient technology use for operations. Responsibilities include data entry, analysis, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project information systems.
- Enter and verify data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Analyze data and share with stakeholders.
- Compile and backup data.
- Assist staff with data collection and analysis.
- Create MIS documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Application, MIS, or related field.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary: 40,000 INR (CTC) per month
