Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Sector Job Researcher & Digital Content Manager for Development Wala. This position will involve a variety of tasks to support our online presence, including researching and posting opportunities in the social sector, managing social media platforms, and creating content to engage our community.
Note: The website and social media needs to be updated everyday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Post Job Opportunities: Identify and post jobs, internships, fellowships, and scholarships in the social sector on our website.
- Content Creation: Develop visually appealing posters, banners, and other digital assets for job postings and promotions.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Create and schedule posts, respond to inquiries, and engage with our audience.
- Job Description Writing: Write clear and engaging job descriptions for various positions, internships, and opportunities in the social sector.
- SEO Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for search engines to increase visibility and drive traffic to job postings and the website.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong research skills, with the ability to find relevant job/internship/fellowship/scholarship opportunities.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to design posters and banners.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft concise and appealing job descriptions.
- Experience managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engine visibility.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with flexible working hours.
Renumeration: 5000 per month
