๐Ÿ“ข ASPIRE is seeking a motivated Fellow for a priority position within the Department of Education, Karnataka!

As an ASPIRE Fellow, you will:
๐Ÿ’ก Lead stakeholder management across our collaborations with the education department.
๐Ÿ“Š Share critical project insights at government forums and events.
๐Ÿ”ง Strengthen the capacity of government and NGO partners in implementing education reforms.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: 5+ years in education policy or program evaluation.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Kannada (written and oral) is mandatory.

About ASPIRE

The Alliance for Scaling Policy Impact through Research and Evidence (ASPIRE), hosted by J-PAL South Asia, is a coalition working to scale up effective programs addressing India’s critical development challenges. ASPIRE Fellows work for 24 months alongside J-PALโ€™s researchers, government partners, and civil society organizations to embed evidence-based programs across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Draft reports, policy briefs, and project data to optimize processes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in public policy, education, or related fields (preferred).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in education policy or program evaluation.
  • Strong communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English and Kannada is essential.
