DESCRIPTION:Development Wala (supported by Gramin Bharti Sewa Sanstha)\, hosted a Round Table Discussion on “𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫” with Collaboration of Livelihoods- Rural Development\, TISS Hyderabad \nWe were glad to have practitioners who shared grounded career journeys and field insights: \n• Rahma Hossain – Project Associate\, TRESP TPD (World Bank)\, The Transform Trust\n• Debarshee Samanta – M&E Associate\, TRESP TPD (World Bank)\, The Transform Trust\n• Sulagna Maitra – Lead\, Content & Communications\, InHERIT by Ashoka | YIF ’24 \nThe session explored how students can navigate career decisions in the development sector moving beyond degrees to reflect on domain choice\, values\, skill sets\, and context.
